Q: What
are the beads made out of? Are they plastic?
A: No, All of
my beads are genuine semi-precious stone.
Q: What are your shipping/payment policies?
A: If you pay
with a check or money order items will be shipped once the check or
money order clears, which could be up to 14 business days. There is
also a $25.00 return check fee.
All items will be shipped USPS Priority mail and insurance is optional.
Please, generally allow 3-4 days for items to be shipped.
Q: Do you make custom jewelry? What is your policy if I change
my mind?
A: I do make
custom jewelry. On my contact page
please fill out the form with your info and any comments or questions,
especially if you know the details of the piece of jewelry you'd like
with stone sepcifications, etc. I will get back to you and we'll discuss
in further detail what you have in mind so I can process the order.
I require a 50% deposit on custom orders. Allow 5-7 business days
before contact in case materials need to be ordered. I will contact
you when the item is ready to be shipped and to finish payment. If
you change your mind before I have ordered materials or started making
it you will receive your full deposit back. If the item is started,
materials have been ordered or is complete you will receive 25% of
your deposit back.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You will have
24 hours after you receive your item(s) to contact me if you decide
you do not want the item.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: I only charge
sales tax to West Virginia residents which is 6%
